Returns, Refund or Cancellation Process.

For how long am i allowed to return the product?

15 days from the date we ship to you.

For how long order will be shipped

4-5 days from the date of Order

How do i start my return?

.com, ship the product to us & upon receipt of the product , we will be happy to issue a replacement/Credit or refund .

Cancellation 

  • In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. Humming Herbs has complete right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not. Also, the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Humming herbs and accept the decision of Humming herbs regarding the cancellation.

By when will i receive my refund/credit?

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, you will be credited to the original form of payment used or a replacement within 7-10 business days.

Do you have a return fee? 

In most cases, no but shipping fee of the return shipment  will have to be borne by you ,unless  it is due to our mistake. We may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product prior to waiving the return shipping fee & reserve the rights to decide upon  Refund/Credit/Replacement.
