If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will replace it or refund you. No questions asked.
If you have a genuine quality concern — we take it seriously and investigate every case personally.
If you made the right choice but changed your mind — we will work with you within our policy guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility
You may be eligible to return a Zespo product under the following conditions:
- The return request is raised within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
- The product is received in damaged, defective, or physically compromised condition
- The product received is different from what was ordered (incorrect item)
- The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
Conditions for Eligible Returns
- Products must be in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact
- The batch number and manufacturing/expiry date on the product must be clearly visible
2. Non-Returnable Situations
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Products that have been opened, used, and returned without a quality concern
- Products purchased during clearance sales or clearly marked 'non-returnable' promotions
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery
- Change of mind after opening the product (unless there is a quality concern)
3. How to Initiate a Return — Step by Step
- Contact Us First — Email contact@zespo.in or WhatsApp +91 954-107-3937 with your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photographs
- Await Confirmation — Our team will review within 48 business hours and send written confirmation with return instructions
- Pack & Ship the Product — Securely pack in original packaging and ship to our Jammu address. Retain the courier receipt
- Receive Your Resolution — Once received and inspected, we process your replacement, credit, or refund within 7–10 business days
Please do not return products without receiving prior written approval from our team. Unapproved returns cannot be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Return due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product) — Zespo bears the full return shipping cost
- Return for any other reason — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Zespo is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return journey
5. Refund Process & Timeline
- Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, or COD)
- Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days after receipt and approval of returned goods
- Bank Processing: Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to reflect the credit
- COD Orders: Refunds issued via NEFT/bank transfer after you share your bank account details
6. Replacement Policy
In many cases, we prefer to make it right by sending a fresh replacement. If your product arrived damaged or defective, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost, subject to stock availability. Replacement orders typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of return approval.
7. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant, size, or flavour, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and processed after receipt and inspection of the original product.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled at no charge before they are marked as 'Dispatched'. Contact us immediately at contact@zespo.in or WhatsApp +91 954-107-3937. Approved pre-dispatch cancellations receive a full refund within 5–7 business days.
- After Dispatch: Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. Please allow delivery and then initiate a return as described above.
- Cancellations by Zespo: In rare circumstances (stock unavailability, payment verification failure, suspected fraud), Zespo may cancel an order. A full refund will be initiated immediately and you will be notified via email.
