All products are subject to availability. Zespo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

II. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Zespo reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice
• Payment accepted via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD)
• All online payments processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Zespo does not store card or UPI credentials

III. Order Processing & Confirmation

• An order placed on www.zespo.in is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed purchase
• A legally binding contract is formed only when Zespo sends an order confirmation email
• Zespo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order — including due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
• In the event of a cancellation by Zespo, a full refund will be processed immediately

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the date such claim arose.

• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with Zespo's Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Zespo.
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Failure of Zespo to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from Zespo.
