At Zespo, we understand that once you have made the commitment to invest in your health, every day matters. That is why we have built a shipping experience that is as premium as the supplements inside the box.
1. Where We Ship
Currently, Zespo ships to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our trusted logistics partners. We ship from our fulfilment facility in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. International shipping is not yet available — we will announce expansion on our website and social media when it is.

Free shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout — no coupon code required. During special sale events, festive offers, or promotional campaigns, Zespo may offer free shipping on all orders regardless of order value.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
During peak seasons (festive sales, new launches, major national holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 Business Days
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3–6 Business Days
- Remote, Rural & Hilly Areas (including parts of Northeast India, J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand): 5–9 Business Days
5. Order Tracking
- An email with your AWB (tracking) number and courier partner details
- An SMS notification with tracking information
- Real-time tracking via the courier partner's website or the Zespo website
If your tracking shows no update for more than 3 business days after dispatch, please contact us immediately.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, military (defence) addresses, or Army Post Office (APO) addresses
- Some remote PIN codes may not be serviceable by our primary courier partners; we will use an alternate courier or notify you of a potential delay
- International shipping is currently not available
7. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can only be cancelled before they are marked as 'Dispatched' in our system
- Once packed and handed to the courier, the order cannot be cancelled — refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead
- Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
8. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments
Damaged or Defective on Arrival: Do not discard the packaging. Take clear photographs and email contact@zespo.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. Our team will arrange a replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.
Lost in Transit: If not delivered within the maximum estimated timeline and tracking shows no movement, notify us at contact@zespo.in. We will investigate and issue a replacement or full refund within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
9. Packaging & Sustainability
Every Zespo order is packed with care using sturdy outer packaging to protect your supplements during transit. We are actively working to incorporate more sustainable and eco-friendly packaging materials.
